Changelog · v1.6.4 · 2026-06-13
Show every key you press on screen — Limelight 1.6.4
Every key you press appears as a badge overlay on screen — no viewer is left guessing (⌃⌥2).
Keystroke display (⌃⌥2) shows the keys you press as clean badge overlays directly on the recording. Whether you are demonstrating a shortcut or walking through a complex workflow, viewers always know exactly what you typed.
Badges appear near the bottom of the screen, fade out after a moment, and stack cleanly for multi-key combos like ⌘⇧P or ⌃⌥Z. Common modifiers — Command, Option, Control, Shift — are shown with their standard Mac symbols.
It is indispensable for tutorial creators, educators, and anyone whose recordings include keyboard-heavy workflows. No third-party keystroke app needed.
