Limelight is here — the first public release

Limelight 1.0 is a native macOS screen recorder built from the ground up for Apple Silicon. It records your screen, zooms into every click automatically, and exports to MP4 — ready to share in minutes, not hours.

The core idea is simple: the recordings you make with Limelight should look edited, even when they are not. Auto-zoom handles the camera work so you can focus on what you are showing, not on post-production.

Version 1.0 includes full-screen and window recording, cursor spotlight, MP4 export, and padded background. It is the foundation; every version since has built on it.
