The background color picker gives you a full color wheel on top of the preset white, dark, and transparent options. Type a hex value or pick from the wheel to match your brand color, a slide background, or a product color scheme exactly.

The chosen color is saved per project so a brand-consistent recording style is automatic across a whole series. Change it at any time before export — the original recording is never altered.

When combined with auto-zoom and cursor smoothing, a branded padded background is the third layer that makes Limelight output look like professionally produced marketing content.
